Over the course of 12 weeks, I will guide your through a process including:

  • 90-minute initial session to assess your needs and set a personalized growth plan
  • Weekly 60-minute therapy sessions (virtual or in-person)
  • Curated self-reflection journal with prompts on self-advocacy and leadership voice
  • Guided audio exercises for emotional regulation and mindfulness
  • 90-minute consolidation session to reflect on emotional and leadership evolution
  • Long-term self-leadership strategy to sustain emotional growth
